- 60 college credits or more: Upload official, legible college transcripts showing at least 60 college credits.

- ALL PRESCHOOL PARAEDUCATOR APPLICANTS must meet ONE of the following requirements and provide the appropriate documentation with their application:
- 12 College Credits in Early Childhood
- Current, valid Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
- For 2026-2027, pay rate ranges from $21.70/hour to $26.63/hour
- Additional Differentials:
- $0.55/hour for special programs (Bridges, Catalyst, KEY, Pathways)
- $0.25/hour for non-program assignments requiring toileting of students
- Additional Education Stipend:
- $1,200 for having 120 completed college credits
- $750 for having 60 completed college credits
- $500 for holding a ParaPro/ParaPathways credential
