Elementary Special Education Teacher — Position Description
The Elementary Special Education Teacher provides individualized instruction and support to students with disabilities in grades K–8. The teacher works with families, classroom teachers, related service providers, and school administrators to help students make academic, social, and behavioral progress and participate meaningfully in school.
