- Prefer A+ Certification; Apple product experience
- Knowledge of computer workstation setup
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications
- Ability to install, maintain, and repair computers and peripherals including printers, modems and scanners
- Ability to install and maintain network cables and hardware
- Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs
- Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases and do word processing
- Proficient keyboarding, file maintenance and 10-key skills
- Ability to meet established deadlines
- Two years experience installing, maintaining and repairing computers and peropherals
