- Valid Iowa School Counselor License with K–12 Professional School Counselor endorsement.
- Demonstrated successful experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
- Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), social-emotional learning, and crisis response practices preferred.
