- Black Seal Boilers License
- Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and organize the work of all building custodians
- Demonstrated aptitude for successful completion of cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned
- Ability to comprehend basic operating instructions, prepare reports and prepare yearly staff evaluations
- Knowledge of computers
- Knowledge in general maintenance repairs
- Must be able to climb and work off a ladder
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Valid NJ Driver's License
