- Providing social-emotional support to students
- Working one-on-one or shoulder-to-shoulder with students to reinforce learning
- Collaborating with classroom teachers to meet students' individual needs
- Minimum of 49 college semester hours OR successful completion of the WorkKeys Assessment Skills Test (offered at Triton College)
- Valid Paraprofessional License
- Ability to successfully perform the essential duties of the position
