Position Details
The Rosendale Brandon School District is seeking a qualified individual for a full-time Elementary Cross-Categorical Special Education Teacher at Laconia Elementary for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year. This position will work primarily with students who have special needs at the elementary level. The position will also include supporting child find, itinerant services, and evaluations for special education. Job Description
Interested candidates should have excellent knowledge and background in special education, including designing individual education plans (IEP’s), delivering specially designed instruction, progress monitoring and working successfully with diverse populations of students, their families, and other staff to develop, implement, and evaluate programming to meet the student needs. Candidates must have a desire to work in a collaborative, team environment and demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
Applicants must be certified or be eligible to be Wisconsin DPI certified to teach Cross Categorical Special Education. (License #1801 is preferred)
