Full Time
The School District of Janesville is accepting applications for a Paraprofessional (7.5 hours per day) at the Youth Services Center.
Interested and qualified candidates should include a letter of interest, resume, and two (2) current letters of recommendation when applying.
This is a school year position beginning as soon as possible.
This position participates in the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS).
Insurance benefits are offered with this position.
1. Strong interpersonal, organization, oral and written communication skills.
2. Personal computer skills or willingness to learn.
3. High degree of self-motivation and flexibility.
4. Ability to assist students in learning and to work cooperatively with professional staff supervision.
5. Demonstrable human relations skills.
6. Must have completed a minimum of 48 credit hours post-secondary education; or have an Associate's degree; or meet required assessment criteria.
7. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the district may find appropriate and acceptable.
Previous experience preferred.
