- Effective communication with high school students, parents, coaches, and other school staff.

- Willingness to support and align with the overall basketball program at all levels.
- Responsible for accompanying, supervising, and directing the team during all games and practices.
- Assist the head coach and take direction from the head coach of the program.
- Demonstrates and models good sportsmanship; upholds high standards of conduct and respect on and off the court.

The Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier Rebel Coop has an opening for an assistant varsity girls' basketball coach. Applicants must possess skills to teach young people, specifically the skills necessary to be successful in basketball.
