- Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and resolve electrical issues
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Preference - HVAC experience
- Prompt, regular attendance
- Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery; performs general carpentry work; handles plumbing; maintains physical structures; performs air conditioning and electrical wiring; and installs and maintains general fixtures in school buildings in accordance with blueprints, manuals, building codes, and safety regulations, using hand tools and other equipment.
- Inspects machinery and mechanical equipment for defects.
- Work in collaboration with other maintenance, custodial, and building/grounds staff.
