Richards Elementary School Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in delivering therapy sessions
Implement individualized therapy plans under the direction of the SLP
Collect data on student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Prepare materials and resources for therapy sessions
Support students in developing speech, language, and communication skills
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families as needed
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or coursework in communication sciences preferred
Previous experience working with children or in educational settings preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with an SLP
