Stewartville Public Schools - Supervise community group rentals across district facilities, including High School, Middle School, Bear Cave Intermediate, and Bonner Elementary.
- Manage access to reserved spaces by unlocking and securing doors according to the rental schedule.
- Ensure overall building security through frequent checks of exterior doors.
- Report damage, vandalism, or other issues directly to the Facility Director, and communicate with Community Education as needed.
- Travel between buildings and perform additional duties as assigned by the Facility Director.

Position: Building Monitor

Job Description: The individual in this position will be responsible for actively monitoring weekend and weekday evening building usage to ensure district spaces and equipment are being used appropriately.
