What You’ll Bring Qualifications and Required Certifications High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of sport specific fundamentals, strategies, and player development. Ability to effectively supervise and motivate high school student-athletes. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, staff, and community members. CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain prior to season start). Concussion Awareness Training. Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training. Any additional district, league, or state-required coaching certifications and clearances
