Position Details
St. John Nepomucene Catholic School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dependable Long-Term Substitute Teacher for 3rd Grade. The ideal candidate will create a positive, faith-filled classroom environment while providing consistent, engaging instruction and supporting the academic, social, and spiritual growth of our students.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide daily instruction following established curriculum and lesson plans.
- Create a welcoming, structured, and positive classroom environment.
- Support the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development of each student.
- Maintain consistent classroom routines and behavioral expectations.
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and school administration.
- Collaborate with grade-level teachers and support staff.
- Participate in school activities, Mass, and other faith-based experiences.
- Model the mission and values of St. John Nepomucene Catholic School.
We are looking for someone who loves working with children, builds strong relationships, and will provide stability and consistency for our 3rd grade students during the teacher’s absence.
