Title: Save the Children Program Coordinator
Reports To: Principal, Save the Children
Desired Qualifications:
Highly motivated, flexible, and nonjudgmental individual who is eager to learn
Associate degree in related field, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
Energetic, motivated, and creative
Able to work independently
Available and reliable vehicle for visiting families (mileage reimbursed)
Competency with computers including previous experience with Windows programming and Internet use
Willingness to travel regionally and nationally for training
Willingness to collect data and participate in the program evaluation
Job Goal: The Save the Children Program Coordinator will work with the Save The Children Foundation through Riverside Elementary as a Student Interventionist to help assist struggling learners.
Performance Responsibilities:
Oversee the Implementation of ELA programs
Oversee the Implementation of Math programs
Oversee the Implementation of Accelerated Reader ™ (AR)
Engage Families in Programming
Oversee the Implementation of In-School Direct Services
Support Attendance Tracking
Ensure Child Safeguarding Polices are Followed
