- Work with students in one-on-one, small group, and general education classroom settings
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and the EL/ML Coordinator to support student learning and language development
- Assist with the administration of state English language proficiency assessments
- Travel between multiple schools within the district as needed
- Experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting
- Ability to support diverse learners across grade levels
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Multilingual abilities are preferred

Position Summary:
Ellington Public Schools is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time English Learner/Multilingual Learner (EL/ML) Paraprofessional serving students in grades PK–12 across the district. This position supports students identified as English learners by providing instructional assistance under the direction of the EL/ML Coordinator.
