Start Date: 2026-2027 school year (First Day TBD)

Hours: Monday - Friday (7:45am-3:45pm)

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher with classroom preparation and organization.

Support individual and small group learning activities.

Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.

Provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help.

Assist with setting up and cleaning up learning materials and classroom supplies.

Monitor student safety and well-being throughout the school day.

Record observations on student progress and report to the teacher.

Encourage social skills and cooperation among students.

Support students with self-care routines and independence skills.

Assist in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.

Communicate respectfully with students, teachers, and parents as needed.

Participate in professional development and team meetings.
