Position Details
The Southern Door School District is seeking Support Staff Applicants (Associates & Special Education Associates) who step in to help keep our classrooms running smoothly.
· Substitute Support Staff: $15 per hour (includes both Associate roles).
Ø No License Required
· New Substitute Training Incentive: The district will provide paid on-site training and onboarding for all new substitute staff to ensure they are fully prepared.

**To qualify for these incentives, a substitute must work a minimum of 10 days in the current school year.
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. If needed, Special Education Program Aide Licensure (Southern Door will assist with all required licensure)
4. Ability to work with students and school personnel.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
