This is a full time, school year (9 month) position with a starting wage based on experience.
Benefits available include health, dental, life & ltd insurance and WRS.
DUTIES:
Assist students with cognitive, behavioral, intellectual, and medical needs in their daily routines, including while being transported to/from school.
Working collaboratively with teachers and case managers to enhance student learning by providing assistance, support, and tutoring.
Other duties as listed in job description.
SKILLS:
Computer, record keeping, and organization
Interpersonal relationships with students, parents, and staff
Initiative and adaptability
Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred qualifications include one of the following, but not required: Current Teaching License, Proof of 3 Years of College Experience, or an Associate's Degree
CNA certification is preferred.
