Extracurricular After-School Club Sponsor (Part-Time)

Job Overview

The Extracurricular After-School Club Sponsor provides operational support for school-sponsored events and activities. Depending on the needs of the activity, assignments may include running the event or supporting students at the event.

Roles and Responsibilities

The following information is intended to describe the overall nature and scope of the work being performed. This is not a comprehensive listing of all responsibilities or tasks; work may differ and other work may be assigned when deemed appropriate.

Acts as the main point of contact during program hours.

Supervises students during all activities, ensuring safety and appropriate behavior.

Maintains accurate records of student participation and attendance.

Ensures transition, transportation and dismissal procedures are followed.

Assists with student registration and required paperwork for after school program participation.

Addresses questions, concerns, or incidents as needed.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of specific schedules to include afternoon and evening hours
