- Have the necessary aptitudes for work, i.e., self-starter, needs a minimum of direction or supervision
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and the use, care and safety of cleaning materials and equipment
- Knowledge of requirements for maintaining school buildings in a safe, clean, and orderly condition
- Three years of experience working with students and public is desirable but not required
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background/fingerprint check ($75 fee)

WAGES: $19.36 – $21.26 per hour, dependent on experience and per the 2026/27 OSEA Salary Schedule
