EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED

Proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status

Must possess or willing to get and maintain a valid New Jersey Black Seal Boiler Operators License.

Must possess and maintain a valid New Jersey Motor Vehicle Drivers license.

Must be willing and able to respond to school emergencies

MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE:

Gas powered chain saws

Hedge trimmers

Edgers, blowers

Standard commercial lawn mowers, commercial walk behind mowers, commercial riding mowers

Tractors and accessory box scrappers

York rake, seeders, aerators

Auger sweeper and power thatcher

Front end loader and back hoe

Jack hammer and hammer drills

ABILITY TO:

Remove and install concrete

Install irrigation system, drainage system.

Seed and fertilize

Landscape and remove and install shrubs, trees, railroad ties

Line sports fields

Remove and install fencing.

Install and operate snowplows and snow blowers, for snow removal.

Prepare, plan, and execute field painting on athletic fields.

SALARY: $15.92 - Current minimum wage
