Job Title : Assistant Girls Soccer Coach
REPORTS TO :Varsity soccer coach and athletic director.

JOB SPECIFICS : The assistant coach would work directly with the varsity soccer coach.

DISTRICT AND JOB DESCRIPTION : Elk Rapids Schools has approximately 975 students in grades K-12
and is located in the northwest lower peninsula of Michigan. The District also serves as an authorizer of Mill
Creek Academy, a K-5th-grade District that educates approximately 230 students. Elk Rapids Schools is an
education leader within the Northwest Education Services Intermediate School District and is eager to
interview the best candidates for this vacancy.
Elk Rapids High School is seeking a motivated, passionate, engaged, and dedicated coach to make a
difference in our community and district. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on
the lives of student-athletes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
? Knowledge of MHSAA soccer rules and regulations.
? Experience preferred.
? A passion for soccer and coaching.
? Strong organizational and communication skills.
? Ability to inspire and motivate.
? Willing to adhere to the rules of ERHS and the MHSAA.
? Organization and care of equipment.
? Practice organization and scheduling.
? Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic
? Commitment to a positive and competitive team culture

Salary : 2.5% of the BA schedule.
