Substitute - School Health Nurse

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.
Shall communicate effectively both orally and in writing with parents, students and faculty.

2.
Shall have demonstrated people skills to indicate ability to function in a team oriented environment.

3.
Shall be a Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse or eligible for license in the state of Kentucky.

4.
Shall have a minimum of one year comprehensive nursing experience.

JOB GOAL:

To administer first aid according to established procedures; conduct a variety of health screenings;

prepare accurate student medical records and reports; and provide education and training to

students and staff in the district.
