Job Title: Lunchroom Supervisor

Location: Winkelman Elementary School
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Job Summary:
The Lunchroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the lunchroom environment, ensuring a safe, organized, and positive experience for students during lunchtime. This role involves monitoring student behavior, facilitating the smooth operation of meal service, and maintaining cleanliness in the lunch area.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise students during lunch to ensure a safe and respectful environment.

Monitor student behavior and address any issues that arise, promoting positive interactions.

Assist in the distribution of meals and help students as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the lunchroom.

Report any incidents or concerns to the school administration as needed.

Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience working with children or in a supervisory role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

First aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Capability to interact with students at various activity levels.
