- A Professional Educator License
- Paraprofessionals meet qualifications by possessing either of the following:
- Prior experience in an educational or child care setting is beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow teacher instructions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality.
- Willingness to complete required licensure and training, including Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).
- Ability to meet physical requirements, such as assisting with mobility needs when necessary.

- Competitive hourly wage based with a starting rate on the Teacher Assistant Salary Schedule at Step 0 with no experience as a teacher or paraprofessional or Step 1 with one or more years of experience as a teacher or paraprofessional
