- Maintain accurate student attendance reports.
- Receive telephone calls and deliver messages.
- Receive all visitors.
- Provide clerical assistance for teachers, volunteers, and other organizations under the Principal's direction.
- Assist with first aid in the absence of the Health Services Assistant.
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work with people
- Proficiency in typing
- Ability to use computers and common software applications
- Knowledge in operation of office equipment and machines
- Ability to start November 30th, 2026
- Hourly pay rate: $18.00 - $20.40 based on experience
- Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave
- Two (2) days personal leave per year
- Vacation time available after 1 full year of service
- Full-time Position – 237 days per school year
