Position: One-on-One Student Support Paraprofessional (Elementary)
Job Summary : Support students' achievement in core academics and behavior areas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor/Associate’s Degree preferred, Early Childhood, Child Development, or Reading Literacy
Working knowledge and demonstrated competency (WorkKeys Test or MTTC Exam) in academic subjects.
Experience with data, DIBELS, DRA, MLPP, and other assessments preferred
Criminal Background and Central Registry check required for employment.
High School diploma/GED.
Ability to develop positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Knowledge of computers, copiers, and other equipment to perform duties.
Ability to maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information.
Reports To: Elementary Principal
Salary and Benefits: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour, based on experience
