Position Details
The School District of the Menomonie Area has a year-round, 8-hour per day ASC Main Office and Enrollment Clerical position available at the Administrative Service Center. Duties may include, but are not limited to: front desk oversight, student enrollment, free and reduced meal applications, student management maintenance and open enrollment management. Wages, hours and conditions of employment are in accordance with the School District of the Menomonie Area Employee Handbook. The wage range is $23.77 - $29.12 per hour ($49,000-$60,000 annually) with comprehensive benefits. Wage determination will be based on assigned responsibilities as well as candidate qualifications and experience. The position works 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday during the school year, 10 hours per day, Monday through Thursday during the summer, and is set to begin November 16, 2026, or as close to that date as possible.
Qualifications include but are not limited to: Excellent use of office equipment, including computers and software (Skyward, Google Apps & Microsoft Office Suite), excellent communication skills, ability to maintain absolute confidentiality, possess interpersonal skills, follow through on verbal and written instructions, exercise prudent judgment, and have the ability and flexibility to work extra hours when deadlines need to be met.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to be an independent thinker and open to change; understand the need to work in a fast-paced atmosphere with frequent shifts in workplace prioritization; and have a full understanding of the importance of flawless communication.
