- Valid PA certification in Speech & Language Pathology
- Valid PA licensure in Speech & Language Pathology or eligible for licensure
- Experience with delivering speech services to a variety of school age children is preferred
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to locations throughout Montgomery County, PA.
- Current Police, Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprint clearances required
- Provide direct service to students who present a variety of speech and language disorders
- Evaluate students in the areas of speech and language as needed
- Consult with parents and other professionals regarding speech and language

A vacancy exists for a Speech & Language Pathologist to work within the Office of Student Services at the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit! This itinerant position will primarily support the MCIU's Non Public schools and School Age K-12 classrooms and programs.

The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit is located in Norristown, PA and provide services to students in School Age K-12 and Non-Pub classrooms located throughout Montgomery County, PA. Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours/day, 10 months (194 days/year)
2026-2027 Salary:
Bachelor's, Step 1: $55,194/year
Master's, Step 1: $66,508/year
*Placement on salary schedule based on experience and/or education beyond the Master's Degree.
