- Assist with building events and other custodial needs as assigned.

- Knowledge of custodial procedures, equipment, and cleaning materials.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding custodial work, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting.

The Bethlehem Area School District is seeking a dependable C-1 General Custodian to join our team. The employee will perform custodial duties necessary for the care, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of the building and grounds, helping maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
This is a full-time, 12-month position working Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The position is assigned to a specific school building and includes eligibility for the District's full benefits package.

New Employee Rate: $28.01 per hour
(Increases to $29.01 per hour after 90-day probationary period)
