District Wide (multiple locations) - Active Supervision: Monitor and assist with supervision of students to provide proactive, preventative presence on campus (Arrival/Dismissal, cafeteria/commons, hallways, playground, campus boundaries, detention, etc.).
- Assist w/Instruction: Participate as directed by administrator in school-wide teaching of PBIS behavior expectations.
- Encouraging Appropriate Behavior: Implement PBIS strategies such as teaching/reinforcing routines and procedures, utilizing preventative prompts, behavior specific praise, and use of the school's positive acknowledgement system (individual reinforcers and/or group contingencies).
- Social-Emotional: Support Implementation of School-wide social-emotional structures.
- Support all Students: Through regular visibility and interactions during non-instructional times, foster positive relationships with and between all students.
- Data Entry & Monitoring: Ensure data is regularly entered and monitored for school-wide behavior incidents as well as for students assigned to behavioral interventions.
- Classroom Level Behavior Support: Provide assistance to administrators in responding to classroom level behavior concerns and returning students to class utilizing Restorative Practices.
- Student Break Support: Work in conjunction with school-wide plan for students to access wellness breaks and ensure tracking and monitoring is completed.
- Assist with Behavioral Interventions: Participate as directed by administrator in providing targeted and/or individual supports to students (e.g. CICO, scheduled breaks, supervised transitions, safety checks, etc.).
- Team Member: Participate as a member of building teams as directed by administration, through team participation and/or coverage of classrooms to allow for team meetings to occur.
- Develop Support Materials: Create and/or update, as directed, materials to support school-wide, small group, or individual plans.
- Restorative Practices: Facilitate and/or assist with Restorative Practices (e.g. Restorative Circles, Conflict Resolution Structures, etc.) as needed.
- Collect Data: Observe students when assigned by administrator to collect data for team analysis re: intervention planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Lincoln County School District is accepting on-line applications for a Student Support Facilitator. This will be for multiple locations based on need, but primarily Toledo and Newport elementary schools for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year.
The primary purpose of this position is to assist with implementation of school systems that provide behavioral and social-emotional support for students at all levels (school-wide, targeted, and individual supports).
Primary job duties may include, but are not limited to:

Salary: $23.38/hour - $25.81/hour
This is an 8 hour per day, 10-month position.
