Becton Regional High School is seeking a dedicated and innovative English Teacher to join our English Department for a full-time, tenure-track position starting in the 2025–2026 school year.

Qualifications (per NJDOE):
- Valid NJDOE CE, CEAS, or Standard Certification in English (1410) Special Education Endorsement a Plus!
- Strong command of literature, writing instruction, grammar, and composition
- Ability to design and deliver rigorous, student-centered instruction
- Passion for literacy, equity, and helping students become confident readers and communicators
- Familiarity with instructional technology and digital tools to enhance engagement
