ELEMENTARY SCHOOL COUNSELOR (Leave Replacement from 1/2027-6/2027) - Ridgefield Public Schools seeks a dynamic, collaborative educator for the position of Elementary Support Counselor for Shaler Academy and Bergen Bvld. School. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in school counsling programs and student/family resources. Knowledge of effecitve teacher methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities. Knowledge of child growth and devlopment, community and family dynamics. Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, community agencies and the school district at large. Must possess a NJ School Counselor, Student Personnel Services Certification or School Social Worker Certificate and Elementary School Teacher preferred. (Salary Range: $63,276.00-$117,249.00).
