| Qualifications: | Must hold appropriate New Jersey teaching certificate; successful teaching experience preferred. Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational pedagogy, as well as differentiated instruction based upon learning styles. Knowledge of high school philosophy and learning. Ability to use formative assessments to collect and analyze student data to monitor and track student growth. Knowledge of data collection and analysis, prompt hierarchy, fading procedures, task-analysis, and shaping. Proficient in the use of instructional technology.

| Responsibility: | To provide special education support to children in an in-class support/resource center setting. The special education teacher would co-teach collaboratively with the regular education teacher to provide in-class support for identified classified students and provide replacement resource center instruction.

| Availability: | December 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027
|
| Salary: | Following the established MTEA Salary Guide ranging from $55,462 to $100,002 based on experience.
