Reading Tutor

Overview: SEEM Collaborative Tutoring Services is seeking to hire a Per diem Wilson Certified Trainer to provide tutoring for grades 6-7 for 9 hours per week in one of our member districts. Tutors will consult and collaborate with classroom teachers and other school personnel to ensure student success. Must demonstrate flexibility in availability and instructional approach.

Qualifications: Wilson Reading Certification, DESE Certification, Prior experience in the field of education is preferred.

Candidate must be dependable, and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities: Wilson tutors will provide instruction in a group setting and meet the students where they are at. Individuals must be flexible and have good communication skills with the district and be able to problem solve when something may arise.

Employment contigent upon a suitable CORI and fingerprint screening.
