4th grade teacher

St. Joseph Catholic School is looking for a dynamic teacher to join our team. St. Joseph is a two track school and the ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. The most important job is to help the students grow in knowledge and faith. Our faith is at the heart of all we do.

Teacher responsibilities include a 4th grade homeroom assignment, teaching English, Social Studies, Spelling and Vocabulary to the homeroom and teaching Reading and Science to both 4th grade classes. St. Joseph Catholic School uses Schoology to keep parents up to date on assignements and upcoming events and PowerSchool for all grading.

This is a full time position. The hours are 7:30 -3:30 and bi monthly faculty meetings after school. Salary range is 44,000 - 60,000 depending on experience following the Arlington Diocese's payscale.
