Coaching Staff @ Brookfield Central High School
Job Description: To assist, lead and administer related duties and activities in full compliance with NFHS, WIAA, Greater Metro Conference, and Elmbrook School District policies.
A successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate and will possess:
-Previous coaching experience.
-A coaching and learning philosophy that includes thoughts on the role of athletics in an educational setting, winning and losing, character education, and leadership development.
-Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
-The desire to work cooperatively with the high-achieving athletic programs and the athletic department at Brookfield East High School.
-Must meet WIAA and district certification requirements.
-The ability to work diligently to assist all student-athletes to maximize their academic as well as athletic potential.
-Demonstrate a strong interest and commitment to the development of the student-athlete physically, mentally, and as a leader.
-A positive mental attitude.
