Teacher - Special Education, Setting IV

The Goodhue County Education District (GCED) provides collaborative educational services to the six member school districts located in Goodhue County in southeastern Minnesota. Across the county, GCED supports approximately 7,000 students. The district employs over 150 staff members and is recognized for its strong partnerships with partnering school districts and community service agencies to deliver specialized and innovative programming. Core services include a Federal Setting IV Special Education program, an 18–21 Transition Program, Title III/Multilingual Learner programming, Alternative Education programs, and regional support for Perkins/Career and Technical Education. GCED also operates 5RiversOnline, a comprehensive online learning program, and provides specialized services such as Early Childhood Special Education and low-incidence disability support, including Deaf/Hard of Hearing and Blind/Visually Impaired services.

We are looking for a full-time teacher to serve in our Setting IV program at the River Bluff Education Center (Red Wing, MN). Applicants must be licensed in the State of Minnesota or have the ability to access an Out-of-Field Permission. Preference for candidates with ASD and/or EBD licensure. Candidates with other special education licensure encouraged to apply as well. Start date is as soon as is possible.
