Until Filled - Plan, organize, and conduct daily practices and game strategies.
- Teach core soccer mechanics, field strategy, and physical conditioning.
- Maintain team discipline, promote good sportsmanship, and foster academic accountability.
- Manage equipment, team rosters, and game-day logistics in coordination with the Athletic Director.
- Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, school staff, and community members.
- Ensure compliance with all state athletic association, district, and school rules.
- Previous coaching experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, fundamentals, and safety guidelines.
- Valid CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (or ability to obtain before season start).
- Completion of required state athletic coaching certifications and background check.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
