Extended Day Custodian

JOB DESCRIPTION: EXTENDED DAY CUSTODIAN PART TIME

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma, GED, or sufficient education and experience to perform the duties of the

Some experience with commercial custodial or janitorial work

Ability to carry out tasks requiring moderate physical exertion and some heavy lifting, working outside in various conditions.

Background clearance through the FBI and ABI

Ability to follow oral and written

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Regular and punctual attendance

Maintain school facilities and

Sweep, mop, empty trash, clean restrooms, strip, wax, and buff floors, and any other task related to

Conduct maintenance, and make repairs as needed including changing light fixtures and light

Coordinate with the Maintenance Department on those items requiring work that is more

Order and maintain

Assist with moving furniture and other items within the school

Be available to respond as required to alarm

Lock and secure school buildings daily as required

HOURLY RATE:

$17.00 per hour
