- Processes student sign-ins and sign-outs.
- Delivers messages to students.
- Notifies and discusses with students questions on unexcused absences and failures to sign in or out.
- Verifies absences and validity of excuses by calling parents.
- Processes attendance data.
- Identifies excessive tardy absentees for Principal and Assistant Principals.
- Sets up attendance records at the beginning of the new school year.
- Performs various other related duties as assigned by Principal and Assistant Principals.
- Provides requested reports to administrators and counselors.

Job Duties:
Qualifications:
Currently hold the Monroe County Civil Service Office Clerk IV title OR be on the current Monroe County Civil Service Office Clerk IV eligible list.
Hours:
Monday - Friday
7:30 am - 4:00 pm
7.5 hours/day (not including 1 hour lunch break)
10 Months
1477.50 hours/year
Salary:
Minimum $18.80./hour
