- Current Certified Educational Facilities Manager (CEFM), or eligibility in accordance with N.J.18A:17-50
- Valid New Jersey Driver's License
- Black Seal Boiler License
- Knowledge of building maintenance, custodial and grounds services
- Knowledge of computer-based record keeping systems
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance practices and procedures
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent in consultation with the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
- Required criminal history clearance
