Bulletin 4711 Specialized Paraeducator (1:1) at South Middle School

The Braintree Public Schools seeks a collaborative, flexible, and kind 1:1 Specialized

Paraeducator to join our South Middle School team in the ABLES Program. The program

is comprised of students with significant sensory, behavioral, and educational

needs related to Autism Spectrum Disorder and other complex developmental profiles.

The paraeducator works alongside a dedicated team of teachers and therapists to

deliver curriculum and implement positive behavior supports. Responsibilities include

reinforcing academic learning, assisting with daily living activities, data collection, and

ensuring student safety and success across their educational setting.

A successful candidate will demonstrate dependable attendance, work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team, take initiative, and show dedication to meeting diverse student needs.
