Extra-duty assignments may include ticket takers, scoreboard operators, clock operators, gate attendants, event workers, and other athletic or extracurricular event support positions as needed.
Responsibilities include assisting with event operations, monitoring equipment, collecting tickets or admissions, maintaining accurate scores and game time, and providing a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for participants and spectators. Staff must arrive on time, follow event procedures, and perform assigned duties as directed by the event supervisor. Assignments are based on event needs and staff availability.
All staff must complete required basic onboarding tasks, including a criminal background check before beginning assignments.
Compensation at hourly rate, as articulated in the USD 231 Negotiated Agreement (Hourly Extra Duty Rate - Group 4).
