- Proficiency in operating farm machinery, including tractors, brush hogs, and utility vehicles preferred.
- Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and complete physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working with students and youth in an educational setting.
- Basic knowledge of animal care and safety protocols.
