Secondary Teacher at Monroe School in EOYCF
Monroe School is seeking an experienced, skilled, and licensed Secondary teacher to join our dedicated educational team. Mathematics or Science endorsements preferred or multiple subjects endorsements. Operating within a secure youth correctional facility, you will deliver vital direct instruction and academic support that complement our online curriculums.
This position works directly with students to guide them towards obtaining a high school diploma. Monroe School operates in Eastern Oregon Youth Correctional Facility (EOYCF) where hands-on learning, career skills, high standards, and strong mentorship create meaningful student growth and workforce readiness.
Position Begins: Dec. 1, 2026
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Oregon license with TSPC required OR ability to obtain licensure
Subject-Area Endorsements: Current endorsement in Mathematics (Advanced or Foundational), Science (General, Biology, or Physical Science), or a Multiple Subject / Dual Endorsement allowing instruction across core content areas.
Successful experience with a broad spectrum of students including at-risk students
