Coaching - Girls 8th Grade Basketball Waldon

Position is seasonal; depending on applicant status position may be hired through a third party vendor

Demonstrated knowledge of basketball fundamentals, rules, strategies, and game management.

Ability to teach and develop age-appropriate basketball skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to motivate and positively support student-athletes with varying skill levels.

Commitment to promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Ability to supervise students and maintain appropriate conduct during practices, games, and team activities.

Ability to work collaboratively with school administration, athletic department staff, parents, and other coaches.

Must meet all school district requirements for coaching, including background checks and required safety training
