JOB TITLE: Long-Term Sub 3rd Grade
REPORTS TO: Building Principal - Sara Dusek
BUILDING: Malone Elementary Campus
START DATE: 1/11/2027 (Tentative)
QUALIFICATIONS: Elementary/Middle Level Education (1088, 1083), or Regular Education (1777).
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning, organizing and providing appropriate learning experience within the assigned areas of responsibility. Establishing and maintaining a classroom or instructional area atmosphere conducive to learning. Background in the use of assessments to guide instruction and progress monitor student learning. Strong communication skills with parents, students, administration, and co-workers. Ability to use technology in the classroom. Guide the learning process toward curriculum goals through a variety of instructional techniques, instructional media, and performance assessments. Attend professional development opportunities to support instructional practices and pedagogy in current research as assigned. Participate in Professional Learning Community (PLC) at building level, district level, and beyond and must be able to work cooperatively with all members of the staff. Perform other duties as assigned by the district/building administrator.
