The Verona Area School District is seeking applicants for the following position.
Cross Categorical Long-Term Substitute Teacher
Verona Area High School
Position will begin as soon as possible to around December 22, 2026
Certification in at least one area of special education at the secondary level
Experience with culturally relevant pedagogy preferred
Applicants should have excellent knowledge and background in special education, including designing individual education plans, job coaching, and teaching students with intellectual disabilities, behavior disabilities, autism, and other lower-incidence disabilities.
Applicants should have knowledge or experience working with collaborative teams using the PLC framework within integrated classroom settings
